The deep beat of the American
Indian healing drum is used for centuries for
healing and ritual. The vibration of the hoop
drum is a powerful tool for opening the chakras
and connecting to ourselves.
Jozina
will take you through the whole drummaking process;
oiling the wood, skinning, tightening, decorating,
finding and making your own drumstick and playing
the Hoop drum.
With ritual, song, rhythm, and
surrounded by bush, the drum making becomes a
journey of transformation and your drum a symbol
of healing.
The workshop is from 8 am till 6 pm.
Wholesome vegetarian lunch, coffee, cake
afternoon tea and light supper are provided.
